Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Chesner’s, an exclusive members-only destination for high-end designer fashion. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Chesner’s website and membership program (the “Service”).
By enrolling as a member or using our website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with membership or use of the Service.
 
1.⁠ ⁠Membership Overview
Chesner’s is a private, subscription-based platform offering members:
•⁠  ⁠Full access to our designer catalogue,
•⁠  ⁠Up to 40% off luxury retail pricing, and
•⁠  ⁠Priority access to exclusive and limited-edition pieces.
Memberships are personal, non-transferable, and offered for a minimum term of twelve (12) months, billed monthly.
Our mission is to make luxury access seamless, personal, and rewarding.
 
2.⁠ ⁠Membership Term & Billing
2.1 Minimum Commitment
By joining Chesner’s, you commit to a 12-month membership term.
•⁠  ⁠Memberships are billed monthly for convenience, but the 12-month term is binding
2.2 Automatic Renewal
At the end of your initial 12-month term, your membership will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis unless you cancel before your renewal date.
2.3 Billing Authorization
When you join, you authorize Chesner’s to charge your selected payment method automatically each month for your membership fee.
This authorization remains active until your membership is canceled after the minimum term.
2.4 Payment Methods
We accept all major credit/debit cards. Payments are securely processed by PCI-compliant third parties. Chesner’s does not store full card data.
 
3.⁠ ⁠Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your membership any time after your 12-month term has ended.
•⁠  ⁠To cancel, log into your account or email customercare@chesners.com.
•⁠  ⁠Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
•⁠  There are no partial refunds for unused days within a billing period.
 
4.⁠ ⁠Price Adjustments
If we change the membership price, we’ll notify you by email before your next billing cycle.
You will have the option to cancel before any new rate takes effect.
 
5.⁠ ⁠Returns & Refunds for Purchases
Product returns are subject to our Return Policy, available at www.chesners.com/returns
Membership fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle begins.
 
6.⁠ ⁠Member Responsibilities
Members must:
•⁠  ⁠Keep account and payment information accurate and current.
•⁠  ⁠Use Chesner’s solely for personal shopping (no resale without approval).
•⁠  ⁠Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or non-payment.
 
7.⁠ ⁠Intellectual Property
All content on Chesner’s, including product imagery, text, layout, and logo, is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
No part of the site may be copied or used without express written consent.
Chesner’s curation and visual presentation represent our creative identity — please respect the integrity of our brand.
 
8.⁠ ⁠Product Availability
All items are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
We make every effort to ensure accuracy, but product colors, descriptions, and pricing may occasionally vary slightly from display.
 
9.⁠ ⁠Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chesner’s and its affiliates are not liable for:
•⁠  ⁠Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,
•⁠  ⁠Loss of data or profits, or
•⁠  ⁠Delays or interruptions caused by factors outside our control.
Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you have paid in membership fees in the twelve (12) months preceding any claim.
 
10.⁠ ⁠Dispute Resolution
We aim to resolve concerns informally.
Please contact customercare@chesners.com for any disputes or billing issues.
If not resolved, disputes shall be governed by the laws of Maryland and resolved through binding arbitration or small claims court as permitted by local law.
 
11.⁠ ⁠Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms as needed.
Material changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website.
Continued use after notice of such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
